Jr. Accounting, Jakarta

Emerhub is looking for a Jr. Accounting to join our team in our Jakarta office.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Monthly full accounting cycle (bookkeeping, reconciliation, producing of Financial statements, etc) and tax services (including payroll) to all Emerhub clients
• Daily communications with the clients
• Responsible for filing (either digitally or hard copies) of clients' data and keeping it private and confidential;
• Administrative and Compliance support for the job-related;
• Expense Tracking awareness with the Indonesian Taxation;
• Provide any suggestions to the clients related to Bookkeeping if required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance from a reputable University;
• 0-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting setting;
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook);
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accurate financial reporting;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially in English;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, and clients and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
