RecruitGo is seeking a motivated and skilled Lead Qualifier (Sales Dept) to join our client's dynamic team in Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in engaging outbound lead generation through various channels, maintain accurate CRM records, qualify leads, and provide qualified leads to sales with relevant information. You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing performance metrics to optimize lead generation strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial outreach to potential clients via phone, email, or messaging platforms to determine their interest in products or services.
- Update and maintain CRM systems with detailed notes and status changes for each lead.
- Track and report lead qualification progress and results to the sales or marketing teams.
- Pass qualified leads to sales representatives, ensuring all necessary information is included for effective follow-up.
- Analyze lead qualification rates and outcomes to refine processes.
- Regularly report on KPIs such as the number of leads qualified, conversion rates, and response times.
- Ensure professional and courteous communication with all prospects, providing a positive first impression of the company.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills in
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Nice to have:
- Experience in a Real Estate or Hospitality industry
- Proficiency in multiple languages for roles requiring international outreach
- Familiarity with analytics tools
