Position Overview
RecruitGo is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our indirect channel partners and customers, promoting our medical solutions, and supporting the growth of our indirect business segment.
Responsibilities:
- Follow Channel Partner Toolkit (CPTK) guidelines in working with indirect channel partners.
- Train and develop customer accounts in product differentiation to optimize sales effectiveness.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, the market, and competitor landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partner teams and customers.
- Establish and engage a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) advisory board to support market penetration.
- Actively participate in relevant medical conferences and exhibitions with partner teams to promote our solutions.
- Collaborate with internal functional teams (Regulatory Affairs, QA, Compliance, Order Management, etc.) to ensure timely and efficient delivery and execution.
- Foster partnerships with relevant professional and academic societies.
- Drive growth in the Indirect Business channel and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; in lieu of a degree, 5 years of sales experience will be considered.
- 1–2 years of experience in prospecting and cold-calling, or 3+ years of sales/call center experience (or equivalent training/certification).
- Strong listening, presentation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for sales and improving patient outcomes.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and engage with stakeholders.
- High energy, initiative, and a customer-focused mindset.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in medical sales, especially with capital equipment or sterilization.
- Experience selling to hospitals or Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASCs).
- Familiarity with the medical device/supplies industry and healthcare environment.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and training for healthcare professionals.
- Willingness to accommodate flexible scheduling with customers or partners.

- Salary: 30,000 Php
- Work Set up: Onsite - 40th floor PB Com Tower Makati City
- Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays; 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PH time
