CSR Assistant

Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to work with our client, a leading insurance broker and consultancy firm providing services in retail property and casualty, corporate benefits, and asset management solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through our platform and services to ensure a smooth experience, addressing their queries, and helping them make the most out of our offerings.

We are looking for someone who is innovative, empathetic, community-oriented, adaptable, and flexible. You should have great attention to detail, be a self-starter, and possess excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English.

• CSR assistants help corporate employees with everyday tasks. 
• Tasks include but are not limited to billing inquiry, data entry, document processing, and different types of routine follow-up with customers. 

• English must be fluent in speaking and writing
• College graduate 
• 3 years of work experience performing similar responsibilities. 
• Proficient using computers and different types of systems
• Fast learning
• Stable
