Position Overview

RecruitGo is in search of a Junior Agronomist based in Jakarta, Indonesia who will be working with our client based in Malaysia. Our client is a tech farming company.

Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who has good interpersonal and communication skills, has the ability to work under limited supervision, and is able to converse in English.

Responsibilities

· Manage daily farm tasks

· Handle and fulfill customer orders

· Study plants to improve growing methods, crop yields, and solve problems

· Help with selecting plants, creating planting schedules, and budgeting

· Keep detailed records of seeds, crops, and samples

· Create reports and share findings with management and clients

· Perform other assigned tasks

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

· Background: Agriculture-related background preferred

· Education Level: Degree/Bachelor's Holder

· Prior agriculture-related work experience, ideally with some relevant background in the field

· Candidates must possess at least 1 year (s) of working experience.

· Required Skill: Microsoft Word, Excel

· Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Must have the ability to work under limited supervision.

· Able to converse in English

Nice-to-Haves:

· Have experience in modern farming/agronomist work-related

· Knowledge about hydroponic system

● Salary Range: IDR 7,000,000

● Work Schedule:

■ Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (7 hours)

■ Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (8 hours)

■ Saturday/Sunday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM (4 hours)

■ Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

● Work Setup: Onsite in Mayapada Tower 2, Jl. Jenderal Sudirman No.27, Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan, DKI, 12920

■ NOTE: The candidates will be trained in Malaysia for 3–4 weeks physically.
