Position Overview
RecruitGo is looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Auditor to join our team and assist with planning and executing risk-based audits for employee benefit plans. The Auditor will work closely with senior auditors to ensure compliance and help deliver high-quality audits to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Documenting and Updating Internal Controls: Review and update internal controls to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- File Management: Organize, roll, and complete audit files to ensure thorough and accurate documentation.
- Sample Selection: Conduct sample selection as part of audit procedures to ensure a representative analysis.
- Conducting Analytical Procedures: Perform detailed analytical procedures to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas of concern.
- Audit Testing: Execute a range of audit tests to assess financial statements and internal controls.
- Preparing Audit Working Papers: Compile and maintain comprehensive working papers that support audit findings.
- Developing Audit Work Programs: Assist in the creation and execution of audit work programs to guide audit processes.
- Completing Audit Checklists: Use audit checklists to ensure that all relevant steps and procedures are followed.
- SOC1 Report Preparation: Assist with the preparation and completion of SOC1 reports for client review.
- Drafting Financial Statements: Prepare preliminary financial statements for review and finalization.
- Additional Tasks: Provide support for any other audit-related tasks as needed by the team.
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- Strong proficiency in audit accounting and analytical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organizational excellence with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Technical proficiency in Project Management Software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage positively with both team members and clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Auditing/Accounting/Finance/Business
- Relevant work experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to details, written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to multitask, be flexible and work well under high pressure and multiple deadlines
- Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Must be fluent in computer technology (Microsoft Excel/Word, Cloud-based software, etc.)
- Ability to work full-time

- Salary: 40,000 - 80,000 Php (depending on experience)
- Work Schedule: 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM Manila time (training period); 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with 30 minutes lunch Manila time (after the training period)
