Position Overview
RecruitGo is looking for a highly motivated Leads Generation Specialist to drive our outbound lead generation efforts. This is an independent role ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, results, and strategy execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute your own outbound sales strategy (cold calling, email outreach, other platforms)
- Generate high-quality leads and qualify prospects for EOR services
- Meet and exceed KPIs for lead generation and conversions
- Collaborate with the Sales Team and provide regular progress reports
- Learn and master RecruitGo’s services to effectively communicate our value
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Leads Generation with a strong outbound sales track record
- Proven ability to create and implement successful lead generation strategies
- Self-starter, independent, and resourceful with minimal supervision needed
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge/experience in the EOR industry is a plus

- Work Set up: Hybrid - (At least 3 days per week onsite in the office at 10th Flr. Cyberone Building, Eastwood Ave., Quezon City. May change anytime)
- Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Manila Time
