Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with Australian accounting experience that focuses on supporting and onboarding customers using payroll solution designed specifically for dental clinics.

Responsibilities:

Assist with customer onboarding and system implementation.
Understand clinic workflows and support migration to payroll software.
Handle customer enquiries and assist with troubleshooting.
Triage inbound calls and coordinate with internal teams on issues.
Provide ongoing customer support related to payroll and accounting processes.

Requirements:

Proven bookkeeping experience with Australian businesses
Strong understanding of GST and PAYG Withholding
Xero knowledge or demonstrated hands-on experience
Fluent spoken and written English
Clear, professional phone manner
Confident communicating directly with Australian customers
Experience working Australian business hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (AEDST), Monday to Friday
Training will be provided on dental and payroll-specific applications

Nice to Have

Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or account management.
Prior experience in dental, healthcare, payroll, or SaaS businesses.
