We are seeking a dynamic Customer Relations Executive to join our team. This role
is pivotal in maintaining a high-quality, customer-focused environment. You'll be
our client's first point of contact, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations
are exceeded.
Responsibilities
1. Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
2. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
3. Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business
executives and stakeholders.
4. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint,
determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best
solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution.
5. Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Requirements and Skills
1. A minimum of 2 years experience in a customer support role.
2. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
3. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
