Position Overview
RecruitGo is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our finance team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the financial health and decision-making processes of the company by preparing accurate monthly management accounts, performing key reconciliations, and conducting financial analyses. The ideal candidate will have experience working with UK-based accounts and a solid background in accounting operations, particularly using Oracle NetSuite.
Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly management accounts, including:
- Prepayments and accruals
- Fixed assets management
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Expense tracking
- Partial purchase ledger involvement
- Customer and supplier rebates
Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting tasks such as:
- Gross profit and sales analysis
- Cost and variance analysis
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with exposure to UK accounts
- Proficient in Oracle NetSuite or similar accounting systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping
- Proven experience in an accounts department
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with general accounting software
- Familiarity with the building/construction industry is a plus.

- Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 85,000 depending on experience
