EMERHUB is looking for Head Of Sales to join our team in our Jakarta office.

The Head Of Sales is responsible for overseeing the monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales budget for the branch. This role involves leading a team of Account Executives, monitoring their performance against individual targets, ensuring adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and maintaining the integrity of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Budget Management

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Oversee and manage the sales budget for the branch on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and prepare reports for senior management.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Account Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Foster a positive and competitive team environment that encourages continuous improvement.

Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor individual and team performance against established targets and KPIs.
  • Implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure targets are met.
  • Provide regular performance updates to senior management.

CRM Management

  • Ensure the CRM system is up-to-date with accurate and complete information on customers, companies, and deals.
  • Monitor the use of CRM by the sales team and provide training to ensure compliance.
  • Utilize CRM data to inform sales strategies and improve customer relationship management.

Customer Relations

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

Sales Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth specific to the branch.
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
 

Qualifications:

  1. Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  2. Experience:
    • Above 4  years of experience in sales or a related field, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  3. Skills:
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and
    • interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

    • Motivational speaking experience
    • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota.
