Position Overview

RecruitGo is in search of a Global Head of Recruitment who will lead the global recruitment operations of RecruitGo. In this leadership position, the chosen candidate will be entrusted with spearheading and overseeing all global recruitment operations for RecruitGo. This entails a comprehensive and strategic approach to talent acquisition, playing a crucial role in shaping the workforce of the organization on a global scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing technology, and HR software tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and JazzHR to source qualified candidates
  • Organize and oversee the implementation of full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Actively maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to proactively hire talent to accommodate forecasted growth.
  • Coordinate with cross departments to understand client’s hiring needs.
  • Develop RecruitGo’s global recruitment strategy and make sure of the implementation.
  • Develop and streamline internal recruitment guidelines, policies, and processes for the entire organization. 
  • Running reports RecruitGo’s Recruitment Data analytics. 
  • Identify the company’s recruitment needs, define objectives, and work closely with hiring managers to determine the most effective hiring strategies.
  • Set annual hiring projections and the recruiting budget based on research and internal audits.
  • Develop and streamline internal recruitment guidelines, policies, and processes. 
  • Manage candidate outreach via various online platforms to find the best potential candidates.
  • Establish criteria for candidate interviews and assessments and assist in finalizing hiring decisions, especially for senior roles.
  • Maintain close working relationships with hiring agencies and educational institutions and leverage the rapport to source the best candidates.
  • Work closely with the legal department to ensure compliance with regulations in our recruitment efforts.
  • Monitor the performance of our recruiting programs using various KPIs, such as cost per hire, turnover rates, and time to hire.
  • Provide training and assistance to junior recruiting team members as needed.
  • Implement strategy and plan aimed at attaining an organized and coordinated global approach to attract,  screen,  access and contracting talent into the company.
  • Subject matter expert in Compensation and Benefits to ensure effective international contract management.
  • Implementing the Global Recruitment initiatives, tools and systems.
  • Provide leadership for the evolution of talent acquisition technology, recruiting approaches, hiring tools, and partnerships with HR and other business units.
  • Implementing best practice recruitment, contracting and onboarding procedures.
  • Analyze current talent acquisition processes, identifying process efficiencies and gaps, and determining to go forward process plans (i.e. identifying and implementing “best practices” and workflows to streamline and standardize processes across the company).

Qualifications

  • Global Recruitment Experience - Minimum of 10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 8 years in a global leadership role. 
  • Education - A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Systems Proficiency - Proficiency in recruitment technology systems, including a variety of ATS, relevant recruitment platforms, and LinkedIn. Possesses the ability to develop operational problems into system requirements to solve departmental problems.
  • Leadership and Coaching Abilities: Proven ability to lead, guide, and mentor a team with hands-on coaching, nurturing talent, and managing complex client relationships.
  • Communication and Client Management: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on client relationship management, including the ability to resolve issues and maintain the company’s reputation for excellence.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Capability to analyze performance metrics, align individual and team actions with organizational goals, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Results-Driven Focus: Flexibility in handling multiple responsibilities and a proven track record in achieving recruitment targets, closing roles efficiently, and contributing to overall team success.
