Position Overview
RecruitGo is looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment strategies and deliver top talent across industries and role levels. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates worldwide, while collaborating closely with clients to provide strategic hiring solutions. The ideal candidate is client-focused, results-driven, and equipped with strong recruitment expertise and industry knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates across various industries. Conduct thorough screenings and interviews, provide detailed feedback, and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Client Engagement: Partner with clients to understand business needs and culture. Deliver tailored recruitment solutions, manage the offer process, and facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Market Research & Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and salary benchmarks to advise clients in strategic workforce planning.
- Employer Branding: Support global employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility and attract high-quality talent.
- Candidate Assessment: Apply advanced evaluation techniques to ensure strong skills alignment and cultural fit.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, and productivity tools (Microsoft/Google Suite). Familiarity with generative AI tools is a plus.
- Compliance & Diversity: Ensure adherence to global recruitment laws while promoting diversity and inclusion in hiring.
- Data & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, optimize processes, and provide progress updates to clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of recruitment experience across diverse roles and levels, including at least 6 months in offshore recruitment.
- Systems Proficiency: Skilled in using ATS, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Client Management: Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
- Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting hiring goals, managing multiple roles, and delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes.

- Work Set up: Hybrid - (At least 3 days per week onsite in the office at 10th Flr. Cyberone Building, Eastwood Ave., Quezon City. May change anytime)
