Position Overview
RecruitGo is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant/Appointment Setter based in the Philippines to support our team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for handling administrative tasks, data management, and assisting with the scheduling of appointments.
Responsibilities:
- General Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, data mining, and cleaning/organizing data for efficiency.
- Prospecting & Appointment Setting: Make phone calls on behalf of Ben Singh to potential property sellers, engage in initial conversations, and qualify leads.
- Scheduling: Book appointments for property consultations, ensuring that calendars are managed and appointments are confirmed.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of phone calls, leads, and appointments; ensure that all information is updated and properly logged.
- Communication: Handle email correspondence and assist with any follow-up required after appointments or calls.
Requirements:
- Previous Real Estate Experience: Proven experience in real estate prospecting or similar sales-related roles.
- Strong Administrative Skills: Excellent data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Phone Etiquette: Confident in making cold calls, engaging potential clients, and scheduling appointments.
- Organization & Time Management: Strong ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with KPIs: A track record of meeting performance metrics and KPIs in previous roles.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with customer relationship management software to track leads and manage communications.

- Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 Php
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 6am to 3pm Manila time with 1 hour break
