Position Overview
RecruitGo is seeking a Sales Executive who is responsible for leading all sales efforts within an assigned territory. This role involves prospecting, lead generation, sales calls, managing the sales cycle, developing proposals, business case preparation, contract negotiations, and deal closure. The Sales Executive is expected to meet sales goals while maintaining high standards of integrity, quality, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Leverage marketing and PR activities to drive lead generation and business growth.
- Establish and maintain relationships with senior executives in client and prospect companies.
- Conduct sales presentations at various levels within client organizations, including Marketing, Brand, and Insights departments.
- Address product benefits, competitive advantages, and business terms while ensuring optimal follow-up.
- Execute target account selling, including prospecting, lead qualification, closing strategies, and negotiations.
- Develop professional relationships with existing clients and prospects across organizational levels.
- Coordinate and participate in contract negotiations.
- Manage leads from trade shows and marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the sales process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of solutions, focusing on measurable business outcomes for customers.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape to develop winning proposals and pricing strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales quota expectations.
- Participate in regular sales planning and status meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience selling SaaS solutions to Fortune 1000 companies, particularly within market research/marketing departments.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders in Marketing, Brand, and Market Research departments of large organizations.
- Foundational knowledge of the market research industry and various research use cases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM, forecasting, and outreach tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, including written, analytical, presentation, and verbal abilities.
- Ability to develop audience-appropriate materials and advocate key concepts and best practices.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for customer success and solving business challenges.
- Strong multitasking ability, capable of handling multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
