Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled BIM and Product Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing and maintaining our library of Revit BIM models and technical product information for both internal use and client-facing projects. Working closely with suppliers, the CAD team, and project stakeholders, the BIM Engineer ensures that our models are accurate, up to date, and meet both marketing and project execution needs.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Revit BIM model library for core products.
• Produce project-specific BIM models to required standards and timelines, including managing revisions and updates.
• Ensure BIM model parameters are accurately aligned with product specifications in the technical product database.
• Liaise regularly with the CAD design team, project team, and suppliers for input and approvals.
• Attend project design meetings when needed to align deliverables and gather information.
• Provide BIM models and technical information to internal teams (sales, project management, etc.) upon request.
• Implement good digital housekeeping practices for all models and associated documentation.

Requirements: 

• High proficiency in Autodesk Revit
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD and Autodesk Fusion is a plus
• Understanding of BIM coordination principles and file management
• Prior experience in a BIM, CAD, or Technical Design role (preferably in construction, architecture, or manufacturing)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and continuous improvement mindset

Must-Have Qualities:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or Design Technology
• Experience working with suppliers or external design teams
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 or similar BIM standards is a plus

• Salary: 30,000 - 45,000 Php
• Work Set up: Remote
• Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays; (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM PH Time)
