Head of Sales
Position Overview
Emerhub is a business consulting firm with different branches in Asia (Indonesia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Philippines, Pakistan). We do accompany our clients and lower entry barriers in growing market. Our expertise makes Emerhub the investment partner of companies and individuals willing to develop or reallocate activities in Asia.
Emerhub is looking for a Head of Sales who oversees the monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales budget for the branch. This role involves leading a team of Account Executives, monitoring their performance against individual targets, ensuring adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and maintaining the integrity of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Oversee and manage the sales budget for the branch on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Account Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and competitive team environment that encourages continuous improvement
- Monitor individual and team performance against established targets and KPIs.
- Implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure targets are met.
- Provide regular performance updates to senior management. CRM Management.
- Ensure the CRM system is up-to-date with accurate and complete information on customers, companies, and deals.
- Monitor the sales team's use of CRM and provide training to ensure compliance.
- Utilize CRM data to inform sales strategies and improve customer relationship management.

Performance Monitoring

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Above 4 years of experience in sales or a related field, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Superb leadership ability and motivational speaking experience.
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
