Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking Marketing Staff who will be responsible for managing and creating digital content using Simplified.ai to support the company's social media and website presence. This role requires expertise in AI-driven content creation and management, ensuring brand consistency and engagement across platforms.

Responsibilities:

Utilize Simplified.ai to create, manage, and schedule content for social media and the website.
Maintain and update marketing materials through the platform’s dashboard.
Ensure brand consistency in messaging, visuals, and overall marketing strategy.
Optimize AI-generated content to align with company marketing objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement content strategies.
Track engagement and performance metrics, making data-driven improvements.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Simplified.ai and strong proficiency in its features.
Background in marketing, social media management, or digital content creation.
Ability to efficiently edit and optimize AI-generated content for various platforms.
Strong understanding of social media trends and website content management.
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to adapt content to audience preferences.
