Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our industrial products to both new and existing clients. You will actively pursue leads, conduct site visits, provide tailored solutions, and build strong, long-term client relationships.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong sales background—especially in the Oil & Gas or industrial equipment sectors—who thrives in a dynamic, field-based role and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities: 

• Promote and sell company products to new and existing clients
• Identify, pursue, and follow up on potential sales opportunities
• Prepare and deliver compelling and professional sales presentations
• Provide after-sales support and maintain strong client relationships
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and market conditions
• Travel to client sites, trade shows, and meetings as needed

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen or valid work permit holder
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
• Possession of own transport (preferred)
• Willing to travel for site visits and business meetings
• 2–4 years of proven sales experience
• Background in Oil & Gas or relevant technical/industrial field (preferred)

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with industrial equipment or high-pressure water jetting systems
• Existing network of clients in Oil & Gas or related industries
• Willingness to travel regionally (e.g., Indonesia) when required
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings or technical specifications
