Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team based in the Philippines. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service through phone, email, and voicemail support.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and has a strong background in customer service.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and address patient inquiries promptly and professionally
Return calls from patients who have left voicemails
Respond to patient email requests in a timely manner
Perform additional support tasks as needed

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role handling phone support
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Empathetic and patient-focused approach
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Collaborative team player
Must provide own work-from-home setup, including a computer and headset
Must reside in a major city in the Philippines with stable internet and power supply (not a remote area)
