Position Overview
RecruitGo is hiring Operations Manager on behalf of our client in veterinary healthcare industry
Responsibilities:- Responsible for all operational and administrative processes and activities within the company.
- Be part of the Senior Management team.
- Support the Owner for every operational activity within the company in order to achieve revenue and profit growth.
- Develop and implement customer service protocols and training for staff.
- Proactively address client concerns and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
- Monitor client feedback and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction.
- Manage client communication channels to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Create an annual budget plan in coordination with the Owner.
- Provide input to the Owner regarding the work results of the Admin/Operations team.
- Collaborate with the HR Officer, create/review/change regulations and policies related to administration and employment in the company.
- Ensure all staff follow company standard operating procedures and maintain discipline and professionalism at all times.
- Oversee building and equipment maintenance at all branches of Sunset Vet.
- Ensure that the company's operational permits and legality are in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Build good relationships and establish communication with external parties such as related agencies and ministries to ensure the continuity of the company's operational activities.
- Ensure the comfort and welfare of all employees in the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management or other related fields.
- Have experience in managing administration including employment, finance and procurement for at least 3 (three) years.
- Have experience in customer service including dealing with customer complaints for at least 3 (three) years.
- Master computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Able to communicate well with superiors, co-workers and employees.
- Have leadership and be able to provide examples of professional work.
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Intermediate level English language proficiency
