Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a skilled Technical Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the quality of construction and installation work throughout all stages of the project. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring construction activities to ensure they meet project specifications and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will verify that materials and equipment conform to project documentation and industry standards. This role involves close collaboration with contractors and suppliers to facilitate timely and accurate execution of construction tasks, ensuring the successful completion of each project phase.

Responsibilities:

Monitor the quality of construction and installation work at all stages of the project
Verify materials and equipment conform to project documentation and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely execution of construction tasks.
Participate in the acceptance of completed work, verifying volumes and quality.
Provide timely reports on construction progress and identified non-compliance.
Act as a liaison between the construction team and the project management team to address any problems or concerns.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, or engineering.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a construction technical supervisor.
Ability to read project documentation (drawings, estimates, etc.)
Confident user of PC software (AutoCAD, MS Office)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 40 hours per week
