ABOUT THE ROLE | Head of Sales is responsible for driving business growth by leading lead generation initiatives and sales strategies while overseeing monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales budgets. This role involves leading a team of Account Executives (Sales team), optimizing the lead generation funnel, ensuring adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and maintaining the integrity of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Additionally, a legal background and fluency in English are highly preferred to cater to international clients entering the Vietnamese market. |
RESPONSIBILITIES | Lead Generation and Sales Strategy - Develop and oversee innovative lead generation strategies to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Analyze lead sources and identify high-performing acquisition channels to prioritize investments.
- Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with sales targets and market demands.
- Monitor the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and recommend improvements to enhance ROI.
- Stay updated on Vietnamese legal regulations and market trends to provide relevant insights to clients.
Sales Budget Management - Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Oversee and manage the sales budget for the branch on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and prepare reports for senior management.
Team Leadership - Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Account Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and competitive team environment that encourages continuous improvement.
Performance Monitoring - Monitor individual and team performance against established targets and KPIs.
- Implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure targets are met.
- Provide regular performance updates to senior management.
CRM and Data Management - Ensure the CRM system is up to date with accurate and complete information on customers, companies, and deals.
- Monitor the use of CRM by the sales team and provide training to ensure compliance.
- Utilize CRM data to inform sales strategies and improve customer relationship management.
Customer Relations - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS | MUST - HAVE 1. Sales Expertise - Must possess a solid track record with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in sales, demonstrating a proven ability to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
- In-depth understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
- Lead Generation Expertise - Demonstrated ability to create and manage successful lead generation strategies that convert potential clients into business opportunities.
2. Must be at a very good level in the English speaking language. 3. Team Management Experience - Holds 2-3 years of successful experience in managing and leading a sales team.
- Demonstrates effective leadership skills, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture
4. Coaching Proficiency - Proficient in coaching techniques, with a demonstrated ability to develop and enhance the skills of sales team members.

10. Education - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
NICE - TO - HAVE 1. Experience - Above 4 years of experience in sales or a related field, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Experience in legal consulting services will be given priority.
