Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Remote Architect based in the Philippines to join our team and contribute to a diverse range of architectural projects from concept through completion. This role involves producing detailed drawings, 3D models, and high-quality presentation materials, as well as collaborating with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful realization of design intent.

You’ll work closely with senior architects and project managers to develop and manage project documentation, maintain design standards, and help keep projects on track in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials for client review.
• Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is realised.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including construction drawings, schedules and specifications.
• Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural drafting/design and project delivery
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design, technical, presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Reliable access to high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace.

Nice-to-haves:

• Proficiency in Lumion
• Proficiency in Photoshop
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and certification systems (e.g LEED / BREEAM)
• Previous experience working on international or large-scale projects remotely (EU experience is a plus)
• Certification or training in advanced BIM processes and tools
