Product Development Manager
RecruitGo is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of our Employer of Record (EOR) platform. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our EOR platform by integrating key functionalities for EOR, payroll, recruitment, and sales, ensuring the platform meets the evolving needs of our clients and internal teams.
You will conduct user research to understand customer pain points, define the product roadmap, and work closely with developers to implement features that streamline payroll, recruitment workflows, and sales operations. This role also includes ensuring smooth integration with other HR, finance, and sales systems to enhance the platform’s performance. You will monitor data to assess performance, make data-driven decisions, and implement continuous improvements that add value to both clients and the RecruitGo team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing user research to identify client needs, with a focus on enhancing EOR, payroll, recruitment, and sales functionalities.
- Build and lead the execution of the product roadmap, prioritizing features that support efficient EOR services, payroll processing, and recruitment workflows.
- Collaborate with developers to design and implement new features that improve the platform’s capabilities in managing client relationships and automating critical functions like payroll and recruitment.
- Ensure seamless integration with external systems (e.g., payroll, recruitment software, CRM) to provide a comprehensive, scalable solution for clients.
- Monitor platform performance data, including user engagement and client feedback, to identify areas for optimization.
- Stay informed about industry trends in EOR, recruitment, payroll, and sales to ensure RecruitGo’s platform remains competitive and meets market needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing or managing SaaS platforms, with a specific focus on EOR, payroll, recruitment, or sales.
- Strong communication skills to gather insights from corporate customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in UX/UI design principles to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
- Ability to work across time zones and with distributed teams, ensuring collaboration on platform enhancements.
- Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to guide decision-making.
