Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Billing and Accounting Specialist to support our US-based operations. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with a US insurance agency or brokerage, particularly with the Applied Epic management system. This role requires a strong understanding of billing processes and excellent communication skills to manage inquiries and follow-ups effectively.

Responsibilities:

Generate agency bill invoices.
Process commission batches and corrections.
Respond to billing-related inquiries.
Check and update direct bill status.
Follow up on invoices and cancellations.

Requirements:

Willingness to work during the Graveyard shift (aligned with New York hours).
US insurance agency/brokerage experience is required.
Proficiency in using Applied Epic management system.
2–3 years of relevant work experience.

Nice-to-Haves:

Ability to speak Chinese or Korean (a strong advantage).
Experience in managerial roles, including training and supervising staff.

Work Set up: This role will begin as work-from-home and transition to a full-time onsite setup.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8AM-5PM OR 9AM-6PM NY Time
