Position Overview
RecruitGo is seeking a strategic and proactive Senior Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of mid-level clients. This full-cycle role is responsible for maximizing client value, driving growth, and ensuring long-term retention. Acting as both the client’s Executive Strategist and internal advocate, the Senior Account Manager ensures flawless service delivery by managing the Pending Item Ratio (PIR) and coordinating execution through the Operations team.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management (NRR Focus)
- Own the client renewal process and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to achieve Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets.
Client Engagement
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and monthly strategic check-ins focused on ROI and future planning.
Onboarding & Triage
- Manage the onboarding experience for new clients, perform initial service triage, and transition execution tasks to Operations efficiently.
Account Health & Advocacy
- Strictly monitor and manage the Pending Item Ratio (PIR) for all accounts, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely service execution.
Proactive Account Management and Upsell Efforts
- Leverage deep client knowledge to address compliance risks and identify expansion opportunities proactively.
Internal Communication & Process Adherence
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (Operations, Product, Finance), ensuring compliance with EOR requirements and adherence to internal SOPs.
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform any other tasks necessary to maintain high-quality client service and account performance.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years in high-touch Account Management or Customer Success roles, ideally in EOR, Payroll, or HR Tech industries.
- Skills: Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills; experience with CRM and ticketing systems for process control.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
