Social Media Intern

The Social Media Intern will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and promoting our services through various social media platforms. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing within a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for our social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics.
- Social Media Management: Help manage and maintain RecruitGo’s social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), ensuring regular posting and timely responses to comments and messages.
- Campaign Support: Support the execution of social media campaigns, including planning, scheduling, and reporting.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with our online community, fostering positive interactions and responding to inquiries.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and social media best practices to bring new ideas and strategies to the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and company goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices. Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and concepts.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Team Player: A proactive and collaborative approach to working with others.
