Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to manage a high-volume portfolio of SMB and core clients. This role ensures client satisfaction, retention, and operational efficiency by adhering to established processes, maintaining proactive communication, and leveraging automation tools for seamless EOR service delivery.

As the full-cycle owner of your client segment, you’ll focus on account health, renewals, and expansion opportunities—ensuring every client experiences consistent, high-quality service.

Responsibilities: 

1. Strategic Account Management (NRR Focus)

  • Manage client renewals and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to achieve Net Revenue Retention (NRR) goals.

2. Client Engagement

  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and monthly check-ins focused on product ROI and future planning.

3. Onboarding & Triage

  • Lead onboarding for new clients, triaging service requests and coordinating with Operations for seamless execution.

4. Account Health & Advocacy

  • Monitor and manage the Pending Item Ratio (PIR) for all assigned accounts, escalating issues promptly to maintain service delivery standards.

5. Proactive Account Management & Upsell Efforts

  • Use client insights to identify potential risks, expansion opportunities, and process improvements.

6. Internal Communication & Process Adherence

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication between Operations, Product, and Finance while strictly following compliance and internal SOPs.

7. Additional Duties

  • Perform other related tasks necessary to maintain client satisfaction and account performance.
 

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years in a high-volume account management or customer support environment; or recent graduates with strong process management capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience using CRM and ticketing systems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
  • Detail-oriented and highly process-driven
  • Bachelor’s degree required
