Customer Relation Executive - Property
Emehub Bali Indonesia is looking for a Customer Relations Executive (Property)
Responsibilities:
Legal Expertise: Provide advanced legal advice and expertise related to property law, real estate transactions, land acquisition, development, zoning regulations, and related matters.
Drafting & Review: Review and drafting complex property contracts, agreements, leases, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence reports and investigations on potential property acquisitions, including ownership, zoning, access, site inspection, and other relevant legal research.
Purchase Assistance: Lead negotiations with external parties, including property owners, government agencies, notaries, and legal representatives, to achieve favorable terms for property transactions and resolve disputes when necessary.
Documentation: provide and collect legal documents, permits, contracts, and agreements pertaining to property transactions, leases, and other property-related matters
Risk Assessment: Identify legal risks associated with property transactions and provide strategic advice to mitigate potential liabilities.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders such as government, notaries, real estate agents, developers, consultants, and internal management to provide legal insights and support for property-related projects.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with local, regional, and national property laws, regulations, and zoning codes to ensure compliance and advise on potential legal risks.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior legal staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to enhance their professional growth and performance.
Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor's degree in Law (Sarjana Hukum) from a reputable Indonesian law University. A master's degree or specialization and experience in a property’s legal job is a plus.
Experience: At least 1-3 years of relevant legal experience in property law, real estate transactions, notary staff, property consultant or related fields, with a proven track record of handling complex property matters.
Legal Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Indonesian property laws, regulations, and real estate practices, including familiarity with land acquisition, zoning regulations, property development, and related legal processes.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to represent the client's interests effectively during property transactions and discussions.
Analytical Thinking: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess legal risks, identify potential issues, and provide innovative solutions.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Leadership: Proven leadership skills to guide and mentor junior legal staff, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
License: Active membership in the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) is preferred.
Preference: Resident in Bali, familiar with the area in Bali, and willing to travel.
