Position Overview

RecruitGo is currently looking for a skilled CPA Accountant professional to join our client's team in Australia. The position will be based at Sunnymede IT Centre, 1614 Quezon Ave, South Triangle, Quezon City. Our client is an Australian Tax Practitioner who focuses on Tax Services, Business Advisory, and Consulting. As part of this role, you will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, stakeholders, and staff. Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks, as well as experience in audit, are key requirements for this position.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact in the Philippines for Australian clients, fostering strong relationships to support client service.
Execute Financial Accounting and Management Accounting responsibilities, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reporting, and other accounting tasks for the client.
Demonstrate ownership and accountability in completing tasks promptly and effectively.
Uphold meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy, thereby enhancing business confidence.
Ensure client compliance with relevant regulations and tax laws.
Offer a diverse range of Accounting Software guidance.
Provide clients and stakeholders with software recommendations to optimize service operations.
Fulfill various Ad Hoc duties.
Deliver sound financial advice to Clients and Stakeholders leveraging your business expertise.
Undertake a broad spectrum of tasks both collaboratively within an international team and independently, demonstrating proactive initiative.

Qualifications

Soft Skills

As the point of contact for clients, you will need to have well developed Stakeholder Management skills
Excellent English communication skills both written and oral
Ability to manage a variety of relationships that the candidate will be confronted with
Understand the most effective form of communication given the circumstances i.e. e-mail, telephone or calling a meeting

Technical Skills

Strong accounting and financial background and experience in Xero (And other packages) with a CPA background

Salary: Php 35,000 and above
