Job description:

• Oversee and manage client property-related projects from initiation to completion.Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring clear and consistent communication with clients at all stages.

• Prepare and submit applications in accordance with EMERHUB’s SOPs and systems.

• Ensure all projects comply with relevant government regulations and requirements.

• Provide structured advice to clients regarding property rentals and acquisitions.

• Promote and upsell EMERHUB’s property-related services as part of client engagement.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their property goals and preferences.

• Stay updated on property market trends, pricing, and legal changes to deliver accurate advice.

• Provide professional legal consultation on property law, real estate transactions, land acquisition, and zoning regulations.

• Draft, review, and analyze contracts, leases, and other legal documents to ensure full legal compliance.

• Conduct thorough due diligence, including legal research, site inspections, ownership verification, and zoning analysis.

• Support or lead negotiations with external parties (e.g., property owners, government agencies, notaries) to secure favorable transaction terms and resolve any legal issues.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in (Economic / Public Policy / Law / Business Administration / Engineering / International Relations) from a reputable university

• At least 1 year of experience in (Government Relations / CRM / General Affairs / Customer Relations / Business Development)

• Client-oriented person

• Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing & Listening)

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
