Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Sales Executive to join our team. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our organization. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will manage the account executive team, assist in product line development, represent RecruitGo at events, and generate revenue from the sales of RecruitGo’s products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and target potential clients from key sectors in the Philippines, leveraging existing industry connections and generating new leads
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact
  • Understand client needs, tailor solutions, and present the Client's value proposition effectively
  • Actively participate in industry events, forums, and bodies to establish RecruitGo as a trusted market leader within the Philippines
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets within the Philippines market
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, satisfaction, and retention
  • Leverage Client's exceptional product offerings and superior service to grow revenue

Requirements: 

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development in outsourcing industry, preferably within EOR or a similar industry
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the outsourcing services sector and prior experience in ASEAN countries are advantageous
  • Energy and Drive: Self-starter with a proactive and energetic approach, capable of working independently and driving results
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Goal Orientation: Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets and goals
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client success and contribute to product enhancement
  • Global Mindset: Adept at working in a diverse, multicultural environment.

  • Work Schedule: 8:00 a.m- 5:00 p.m; Need to work outside work hours if required.
