Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking experienced Australian-accounting professionals to join our growing dental technology and healthcare group. This opportunity is open to AU Accountant with strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards and direct customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities:

Support and onboard dental clinics onto the platform.
Assess customers’ existing payroll and payment processes and guide them through system migration.
Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Triage inbound phone calls and collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex issues.
Provide insights and feedback on customer challenges to help improve product and processes.
Work alongside an external accounting firm to deliver accounting and advisory services.
Prepare and review financial forecasts and cashflow projections
Assist with auditing activities and financial controls
Analyse and report on key financial and operational KPIs across the clinic portfolio
Support business decision-making through financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

CPA or CA qualification (mandatory)
Strong working knowledge of the Australian tax system, including GST and PAYG Withholding
Solid experience with Xero accounting software
Formal training or hands-on experience with Australian accounting standards
Fluent spoken and written English
Clear, confident, and professional phone manner.
Comfortable engaging directly with Australian clients and stakeholders.
Willingness to work Australian business hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (AEDST), Monday to Friday.
Training will be provided on dental-specific and payroll-related software systems.

Nice to Have

Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or account management.
Prior experience in dental, healthcare, payroll, or SaaS businesses.
