Customer Support Representative
Position Overview
RecruitGo is looking for a Customer Support Representative who will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by efficiently handling inquiries through various channels, including email, callbacks, and more. This role involves classifying and addressing customer concerns, ensuring that inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner, and escalating complex issues as necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and the initiative to quickly learn new technologies. As part of the customer support team, the agent will contribute to maintaining a positive customer experience and supporting the broader operations as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, callbacks, and other communication channels.
- Classify inquiries based on urgency and priority, ensuring proper follow-up and response.
- Investigate and resolve inquiries using knowledge base articles, internal reference materials, and available resources.
- Escalate issues requiring deeper expertise, investigation, or troubleshooting to Tier 2 / Tier 3 teams.
- Take ownership of customer requests and provide consistent updates until resolution or escalation is necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing backup coverage in various operational areas as required.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company mission, products, and services to effectively support customers.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with internal teams, customers, and partners effectively.
- Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Self-motivated to quickly learn and become proficient with new technologies.
- Must have troubleshooting experience supporting US clients.
- Ability to work independently or collaborate within small teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on analysis and resolution.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a customer support role.
- Experience in the FinTech/banking/lending industry is a plus.

- Salary: 35,000 Php
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM PH time.
- Work Set up: Remote but willing to be interviewed face-to-face in Taguig City.
