Position Overview
The Global Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates across industries and roles. They collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic talent solutions, and manage the hiring process. They stay updated on industry trends, contribute to employer branding, and ensure compliance with recruitment laws. Utilizing technology and data analysis, they streamline recruitment processes and provide valuable insights to clients for strategic decision-making, ultimately aiming to attract, retain, and onboard top talent globally.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Utilize your extensive network and experience to identify, attract, and engage candidates from all walks of life for a wide range of industries and roles. This includes but is not limited to conducting thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Provide detailed feedback to clients and collaborate on the selection of suitable candidates. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key roles to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with our clients to understand their specific requirements and company culture, providing strategic talent acquisition solutions to meet their executive staffing needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by consistently delivering high-quality candidates. Facilitate salary negotiations and manage the offer process, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate selection to onboarding.
- Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to provide valuable insights to clients and contribute to their strategic recruitment planning and decision-making
- Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and enhancement of the organization's employer brand on a global scale. Actively engage in employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Candidate Assessment: Employ advanced assessment techniques and interview methodologies to ensure candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and commitment to long-term success within the organization.
- Utilize Technology: Tech-savvy. Leverage resourcefulness and creativity in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn, and other relevant Job Boards to streamline candidate sourcing, tracking, and engagement. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft or Google Suite to enhance communication and collaboration. Familiarity and utilization of generative AI tools is a plus.
- Compliance and Diversity: Ensure compliance with global recruitment laws and regulations. Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process and work towards building diverse teams.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess and improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process. Provide regular reports internally and to clients on recruitment progress.
Qualifications
- Recruitment Experience - A minimum of 1-4 years of recruitment experience with at least 6 months of offshore recruitment background is required. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Systems Proficiency - Proficiency in recruitment technology systems, including various ATS, relevant recruitment platforms, and LinkedIn.
- Communication and Client Management: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on client relationship management.
- Results-Driven Focus: Flexibility in handling multiple responsibilities and a proven track record in achieving recruitment targets, closing roles efficiently, and contributing to overall team success.
