Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacist from a reputable University
1-3 years of Regulatory Affairs experience, preferably from consulting/manufacture
Proficiency in BPOM / MOH systems
Understanding the full process of product registration following BPOM / MOH Compliance

Ability to manage multiple tasks, and clients and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

Providing clients with onboarding compliance and requirements for product registration
Formula review, Requirement check, account registration, and proceed with the product registration for clients
Communicate with BPOM / MOH / other related government to resolve client queries at all times
Post Registration Surveillance and Compliance
Communicate with superior to manage and control internal compliance for product registration at all times
Obtain client satisfaction feedback for the post-completion project
