Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for an experienced Team Lead who will be the main point of contact between the Software Project Manager in Malta and the Software Team in Indonesia. This position will be placed on one of our client, a Tech Company.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the project development team.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Develop project timelines and monitor progress.
Identify risks and provide solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide mentoring and technical support to the team.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a developer, with at least 2 years as a Team Lead.
Strong understanding of Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, ReactJS, and Agile/Scrum project management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
English proficiency is a must
Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams.

Employment Status - PKWTT - Can be permanent employment which is subject to 3 months probationary period
