Position Overview
RecruitGo is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Associate to support our worldwide recruitment efforts and help us attract, engage, and onboard top talent across multiple functions. In this role, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while working closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain job postings across platforms, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
- Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate engagements via virtual interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Maintain and update candidate trackers with accurate status and interview notes.
- Support candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring strong engagement until onboarding.
- Assist senior recruiters with reference checks, contract drafts, and onboarding coordination.
- Provide reports and updates on recruitment activities and pipelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of internship or professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or volume hiring (offshore recruitment background preferred).
- Basic knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g., ATS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

- Work Set up: Hybrid - (At least 3 days per week onsite in the office at 10th Flr. Cyberone Building, Eastwood Ave., Quezon City. May change anytime)
- Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Manila Time
