Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking an Employee Verification and Asset Management Specialist to join our team. This role combines two key areas of responsibility: managing employee verification processes and overseeing company asset records.

In this role, you will ensure thorough and compliant employee verifications, including background checks and reference confirmations, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. On the asset management side, you will oversee the lifecycle of company assets, ensuring accurate tracking, audits, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage employee verification requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Conduct thorough background checks, including employment history, education credentials, and reference verifications.
  • Collaborate with internal hiring teams and external agencies to ensure timely and accurate verifications.
  • Maintain secure and confidential employee verification records.
  • Stay updated on data privacy and labor laws to ensure compliance in all verification activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of company assets, including acquisition, allocation, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure asset integrity and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on asset utilization, depreciation, costing, and lifecycle management.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1-3 years of relevant experience in asset management, employee verification, HR operations, or related industries is not required but highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with asset tracking systems, HR software, or background screening tools is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
