Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a proactive and driven Telemarketing Agent to join our team and support business development efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for making outgoing calls to both existing and prospective clients, with the goal of generating leads, arranging product demonstrations, and setting appointments for our external sales team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong telephone presence, experience in telemarketing, and the ability to communicate persuasively and professionally. This role plays a key part in expanding our market reach, nurturing client relationships, and securing new business opportunities, particularly within the construction and healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and arrange client appointments.
Set up product demonstrations and CPD (Continuing Professional Development) sessions with architects and healthcare professionals.
Follow up with main contractors on live projects to capture active business opportunities.
Engage existing clients to renew or secure service contracts.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and scheduled appointments.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telemarketing or outbound sales.
Strong command of spoken and written English.
Professional and courteous telephone manner.
High levels of patience, persistence, and a results-driven attitude.
Solid understanding of the sales cycle and lead qualification.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Familiarity with the construction or healthcare industries.
Basic knowledge of healthcare products and sector-specific challenges.
Prior experience in marketing or campaign coordination.

Salary: 30,000 - 50,000 Php
Work Set up: Remote
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM PH time
Working Device: Candidate own equipment
