Position Overview

RecruitGo is in search of an HR Generalist based in Bangkok, Thailand. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, including employee documentation, industrial and external relations, supervising the General Affairs Team, ensuring accuracy in asset and inventory management, and creating monthly budgets for HRGA needs. Additionally, you will oversee HR & GA tasks, assist in HR strategy development, coordinate with management on human resources and labor law activities, and drive talent development programs. This role also includes advertising job openings, sourcing and interviewing candidates, closing job positions on time, assisting with KPI setting, and contributing to reports and newsletters.

Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree, strong knowledge of administrative tasks, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and advanced computer skills, including payroll and HR software. The ideal candidate will possess problem-solving abilities, leadership and coaching skills, strong empathy, detail orientation, organizational excellence, and an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HR daily operations that cover employees.
  • Documentation, industrial relations, external relations, etc.
  • Supervise the General Affairs Team in managing and maintaining company facilities, assets, etc.
  • Accuracy in managing the company's assets and inventory.
  • Create a monthly budget for HRGA department necessities.
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement HR & GA strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and company direction.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the HR & GA tasks.
  • Assist the HR Manager to participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities.
  • Motivate, develop, supervise, and coach subordinates to ensure a high-performance, team-oriented, dedicated workforce, and meet organizational capabilities.
  • Create a corporate talent development program (talent acquisition, assessment).
  • Advertise job openings on the company’s career page, social media, and elsewhere as required.
  • Source/Analyze potential candidates, including analyzing salaries.
  • Interview with suitable methods and modules (by phone, video, and in-person).
  • Closing job positions within the timeline.
  • Dealing with other parties for office nee
  • Assist with KPI setting and business process.
  • Contribute to Branch newsletter and HR monthly report.
  • Others as required in your role.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor degree
  • Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
