Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide professional, empathetic, and timely support to patients through phone and email communication. The role involves handling inquiries, returning calls, and ensuring that each patient receives a positive and efficient service experience.

This position is work-from-home, and candidates must have a reliable setup and be based in a major city in the Philippines with stable power and internet connectivity.

Responsibilities: 

  • Answer incoming phone calls from patients and address their inquiries
  • Return calls to patients who have left voicemail messages
  • Respond promptly and professionally to patient email requests
  • Perform other administrative or support tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Service role handling phone support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong sense of empathy
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
  • Must have a personal computer, reliable internet connection, and headset suitable for WFH setup
  • Must reside in a main city in the Philippines with dependable power and internet service (not in remote areas)

  • Salary: Php 25,000 - 27,000
  • Work Set up: Remote
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday;  09:00 - 18:00 Sydney Time  (or 8 am to 5 pm Sydney Time - depending on business needs)
