Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for a proactive Virtual Admin/Sales Assistant who’s eager to grow long-term with our team and contribute to delivering outstanding customer service and operational excellence in a dynamic online retail environment.

As part of our expanding team, you’ll play a key role in supporting sales operations, managing customer communications, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. There’s potential for a full-time position for the right person as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage customer inquiries via email or phone with professionalism and care
  • Assist with order processing, quoting, and coordinating with suppliers
  • Update and maintain product listings on Shopify
  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and reports
  • Follow up on leads and abandoned carts to boost sales and engagement
  • Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls and emails
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed
 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Admin or Sales Assistant, preferably in ecommerce
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or equivalent tools
  • Excellent time management and ability to work independently

Home Office Requirements:

  • Stable internet connection (25–50 Mbps minimum)
  • Updated computer system (Windows 10+ or macOS Monterey 12.0+)
  • Quiet workspace free from background noise
  • Backup power/internet plan in case of outages

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms
  • Knowledge of assistive technology or mobility products
  • Strong Excel skills

  • Salary: 15,000 Php
  • Work Set up: Remote - While the role is remote, the interview will take place face-to-face in Makati City.
  • Work Schedule: Sydney, Australia business hours (AEST) from 10am to 3pm. 1hr break 12 to 1pm Syd time. 20 hours/week
