Senior Recruiting Coordinator

Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for a  Senior Recruiting Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the recruiting team by managing key aspects of the hiring process. This position involves owning interview coordination, overseeing the employee referral program, assisting with recruitment metrics, and contributing to employment branding initiatives. The Senior Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with the recruiting team to ensure an efficient, smooth, and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting coordination, excellent communication skills, and a high level of organizational expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate interview schedules for candidates across multiple time zones.
• Support the recruiting team by tracking and managing candidate progress throughout the hiring process.
• Own the employee referral program, ensuring referrals are tracked and managed effectively.
• Assist in generating and maintaining basic recruitment metrics and reports.
• Contribute to employment branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a positive, streamlined candidate experience.
• Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, including scheduling, communications, and coordination of hiring-related events.

Requirements: 

• 3 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work during Pacific Time Zone business hours.
• Proficient in using Greenhouse and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Nice to Have:

• Interest or experience in Human Resources, particularly in talent acquisition.
• Experience working in a distributed or remote work environment.
• Previous experience in recruiting, sales, or sourcing.
