Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Closeout Prospector to join our team and assist in the closing phase of our business operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. As a Closeout Prospector, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for the successful closure of business deals.

You will collaborate closely with various team members to gather relevant information, evaluate risks, and facilitate efficient and timely closeouts.

Responsibilities:

Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential closing opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and relevant industry insights to inform informed decision-making.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with each opportunity and propose mitigation strategies.

2. Opportunity Assessment:

  • Evaluate and qualify identified closing opportunities based on predefined criteria.
  • Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders to establish communication channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information to assess the feasibility and profitability of each opportunity.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Check comprehensive reports and presentations outlining key findings and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of potential opportunities, associated risks, and progress updates.
  • Update databases with relevant information.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, team management, to ensure alignment and coordinated efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide regular updates on closing prospects and ensure decisions are made in a timely manner.
  • Engage in proactive and professional communication with external parties, including suppliers, partners, vendors, and contractors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role involving research and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of market research techniques, databases, and business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work well independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • A good level of English (at least B1) and preferably 1 year of experience as a sales agent in a call center or equivalent.
